    Arc123 got a reaction from chorg blorg in My ELS is broken and I have no idea what to do, please help   
    My ELS is broken, the els files are in the right place but the lights are not turning on, it only plays the siren when i turn on the els lights. I have tried to reinstalling and that thing with turning off the openiv tools and restarting pc and that didnt work. I have tried everything I know, please someone help.
