New charges and citations have been created and optimized for Reports Plus, featuring hundreds of charges based on Ohio and federal laws. Charges are classified according to Ohio's felony classing system: F1 for first-degree felonies, F2 for second-degree felonies, F3 for third-degree felonies, F4 for fourth-degree felonies, and F5 for fifth-degree felonies. The same classing system applies to misdemeanors, with M1 through M4 representing first through fourth-degree misdemeanors. MM-Minor Misdemeanor. "FF" denotes a federal felony and combines class A-E into one. The charges can assign various court orders and mental health holds. It includes over 17 drug types, each associated with specific weights. Penal codes will be added soon. The extra customization file in the JSON =includes all necessary agencies, ranks, and divisions. Charges are organized with sub-menus for easy navigation and management.

Open to help and suggestions. This is in early testing and is nowhere near done. I just wanted to get something out there and gauge interest.
This modified download the player to use the great mod ReportsPlus to submit reports from the perspective of Firefighters and Paramedics. These files are a work in progress just as are the mods intended to be used with these files. I have reworded as much as I can to create the firefighters and EMS version, but only so much can be done currently. Please wait as additional updates will bring more personality, and usability, to these files. Much of the wording involves changing "offender", "charge" citations", and "Jail." 
 
The charges.xml acts as the database for all the different drugs and treatments you can administer. The main includes include: Pain, Emergencies, Fluids, Infections, Seizures, Trauma, General Care, Pediatrics, Cardiac, Airway, and more.  This coupled with the arrest report which after-callers the call for service report allows you to do all treatments provided to the patient.
 
The Accident Report: Has remained with the same function. Minor wording has been changed to fit the role of paramedics and firefighters.
 
The Death Report: This has also remained similar with the same minor wording with accommodations for different roles.
 
The Patrol Received no changes as it already works for this application.
 
The Traffic Citation: This was rewritten to include fines and other invoices and citations for EMS to issue. Some of the main topics include: EMS, Misuse of EMS, Failure to Follow Medical Advice, FIRE, Inspection Violations, False alarms, Failure to Comply with Fire Orders, Hazmat and Technical Rescue, PublInfractionsons, Coroner/Death, and More.
 
The Incident Report: Changed to Fire Field Report, with all kinds of details to be filled in if the user responds to a fire.
 
The Search Report: This report is now a refusal of care or transport form and involves a chief complaint, patient name, mental capacity dropdown, refusal type drop and own, and different assessment data points like heart rate and blood pressure.

The Traffic Stop Report: DEVELOPMENT
 
The Callout Report: DEVELOPMENT (works as is)
 
Court Case Viewing: This is a new design that allows it to function as a hospital report and allows users to see how many patients stayed in the hospital and how much it cost them. Still working on the wording for some of the outcomes.
 
Customization JSON: Added 7 new agencies: LSFD, SAFR, LSMS, SAEMS, PBFD, BCFD, and VEMS. Also added new ranks of examples of these are: Firefighter/paramedic, firefighter/paramedic II, Engineer/Paramedic II, Captain, Battalion Chief, Assistant Cand chief, and Fire Chief. Rewrote all divisions for each department for example Fire suppression, emergency medical service, rescue operations, hazardous materials, special operations, search and rescue, tactical EMS, wildlife division, and air ambulance. Added new variations of the dropdowns for refusal of care report.
