I came up with this design after messing around for awhile and everyone in my Discord wanted it.

Got this pack for you based off of Door County Sheriff, WI.
This pack uses a full code 3 lighting setup with both hardtop and slicktop variants. 
Includes 30 cars which makes this my biggest pack as of now so i hope you guys enjoy!

Having texture problems?
Check your graphics setting and make sure your Direct X version is on DX11. Anything lower and it will bug textures.

HOW TO INSTALL REPLACE VARIANT
Navigate to GTAV - mods - Update - x64 - dlcpacks - patchday24ng - dlc.rpf - x64 - levels - gta5 - vehicles.rpf
Drag and Drop the YTD and YFT Files from the folders of the cars you want to install
For the XML files place them in GTAV - ELS - pack_default
And your done. go ahead and load up your game!
 
HOW TO INSTALL ADDON VARIANT!!!
Navigate to GTAV - mods - Update - x64 - dlcpacks
Drag and drop the "C3 BCSO Pack" folder
Next Navigate to GTAV - mods - Update - Update.rpf - common - data
Open dlclist.xml and add the following line
<Item>dlcpacks:/C3 BCSO Pack/</Item>
For the XML files place them in GTAV - ELS - pack_default
And your done. go ahead and load up your game!

You need to have SSLA(32 sirens mod) for all the lights to work correctly. This is also a hybrid ELS pack so you have to leave it in a DLC format. This pack uses all NON ELS emergency lighting controlled by the ELS script. DO NOT change the preset patterns in the ELS VCF or else the lights wont work as intended. Each Siren in this pack is its own light so you can change the pattern using livelights to whatever you like. I will be adding to this just wanted to make a pack that doesn't have the usual police cars.  These cars WILL NOT work as replace.

You can change the car colors on all the cars as well as the wheel colors on some cars.

This pack is based off of Nevada Highway Patrol and includes 11 cars with the option of them being reflective!
 
If your wondering which file to choose this will help you
Reflective:
Reflective overall looks better in game and decals light up like they would IRL 
(look at the 4 pics before the all blue pics for examples)

CAN'T CHANGE THE LIVERIES WITH REFLECTIVE!!
 
NON-Reflective:
This should be used if you plan on changing the liveries but decals wont light up

THIS PACK REQUIRES THE 32 SIREN SETTING LIMIT ADJUSTER SCRIPT (SSLA). WITHOUT IT SOME LIGHTS WONT WORK!!!

Showing more love to Central FL. Osceola is another very popular county in FL and is right next to Orange County. As a resident of Osceola County I made sure to make these cars 1:1 of their IRL counterparts. This pack is a Hybrid pack so you need to have SSLA(32 Sirens mod) installed. Some cars in this pack have multiple liveries so make sure to check those out as well. There is also 7 chargers in this pack all which are used by Osceola. 
 
This pack uses 2 Veshare YTDs so if you change something like lighting colors it will change on all the cars.
The K9 2020 fpiu has hubcaps on by default but i have included an option for steelies if you hate hubcaps like me.  
If the tint on the chargers are to dark you can change the tint level through any trainer. 
These cars all have movable spotlights and working takedowns
