I never really liked the sound of the male dispatcher. He sounds dull and boring. I got a hold of a TTS program and used a natural sounding female voice. Each speech from the LCPDFR/Audio folder has been replaced! I also include the audio from Wouters Callout and Callouts+.

Note: This does not replace any game default game files. If you are using other scripts that such as Abraxas' VDH Police Helper, it uses the in-game male dispatch voice, not the audio files in the LCPDFR/Audio file, so you will hear the male dispatch when calling for ambulance and such.

If anyone wants to help me how to use police codes instead of words, I'll make another version. All police departments have their own codes so I don't know which ones to use and I'm not sure how they say them over the radio. So if someone can maybe tell me how to use them, then I could make another version using less words and with police codes.

This is a pack of ELS-enabled default-themed vehicles that includes the following models: PNCL, VPCSR, VPCSR (SLICK), VPINT, and VPRGR.

- All models feature the new emerglights_emis_2 emmissive light texture mapping standard.

A pack of GTA V vehicles modified into Harbor City Police Department versions. Liveries are based on an Emergency 4/911: First Responders mod. Light bars (and other lights) have been made by me using GTA V light bar as a base and Whelen Liberty as an inspiration.

Due to the way the traffic adviser/secondary lights are made, some patters might have slight issues (lights of different colors overlapping). Pattern number 4 works the best in my opinion.

Each model comes with 4 liveries.

Every car is ELSv8 optimized. ELS VCF (vehicle configuration files) are included for every car. Refer to ELS v8 User Guide for more information.

All cars follow the emerglights_emis_2 standard.

Installation:

- Use OpenIV to replace the corresponding files within vehicles.img with the .wft and .wtd files provided in this package.
- Open the vehicles.ide file in your Grand Theft Auto IVcommondata folder, find the lines beginning with the names of the appropriate
models, and at the end of those lines add +livery.
- Enable the replaced models in _SLOTCONTROL.ini file using the provided ELS configuration
