okay when I install a fire rate script or make some changes on weapons meta then game crashes. Realism dispatch enhanced mod cannot let me edit files.

Hello everyone, I am using rebalanced dispatch enhanced mod but I cant increase weapon fire rate with mods game crashes how can I solve it?

I have roleplay+, stop the ped, ultimate backup, restrain the deceased, tourniqet, Xscanner, clean world menu, automatic roadblocks, callout interface

When I draw my weapon I can't shoot and weapon's animation not work good. But when I change view third person to first person ı can shoot with weapons. How can I solve it?
