The lighting package is the base lighting package that all JSO vehicles come equipped with. No it isn't perfect but its the closest I could get. Hope you all enjoy.

About the Project
The Pinx Callouts project was created with the main objective of complementing LSPDFR with realistic Callouts. One of the goals of this project is to reach +100 Callouts. The second objective of this project is to bring callouts that players wanted to see in the game, that is, to make this desire to see them in the real game.
It is currently still in a draft version, but each day it is supplemented more. 
 
IMPORTANT:
Please report any bugs you find. If possible, take a screenshot of the console (F4).
Any suggestions for improvement, or anything you would like to see in a callout, don't hesitate to say so.
 

You need to have SSLA(32 sirens mod) for all the lights to work correctly. This is also a hybrid ELS pack so you have to leave it in a DLC format. This pack uses all NON ELS emergency lighting controlled by the ELS script. DO NOT change the preset patterns in the ELS VCF or else the lights wont work as intended. Each Siren in this pack is its own light so you can change the pattern using livelights to whatever you like. I will be adding to this just wanted to make a pack that doesn't have the usual police cars.  These cars WILL NOT work as replace.

I’m proud to present the Taser X2 stun gun replacement mod for GTA V.
 
The version 1.0.0 release includes the base X2 model and a variant with the Taser Cam HD attachment.
 
Also included are texture variants for black and yellow gun colors.

NOTE: The hands of the peds do tend to go through the model depending on position. This is due to V's default animations when holding weapons, not much I know to do about it.
 
Main Installation
Choose a model variant (Base or Cam). Open weapons.rpf inside of \mods(if enabled)\\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday8ng\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\ using OpenIV. Click “Edit mode” button inside of OpenIV (right of the path box). Replace w_pi_stungun+hi.ytd, w_pi_stungun_hi.ydr, w_pi_stungun.ytd, and w_pi_stungun.ydr using files from selected model variant above. Close OpenIV and start GTA V.  
Note: Installation directions written for patch v1493. Other patch versions installation may differ.
 
Installation of texture variants
To install texture variants replace the appropriate x2_high.png in w_pi_stungun+hi.ytd and the x2_low.png in w_pi_stungun.ytd.
 
Experience Performance Drops?
The main X2 mod includes 2048x2048 textures. If you're experiencing performance drops, download the low res pack zip file and follow the included read me file.

This is a very simple plugin I made in about an hour, when its loaded it fixes the prison gate and Michaels gate and makes them open properly again. If you have another annoying gate in your game that doesn't open let me know and I may add it into a future update. The plugin is very lightweight too, literally 5 lines of code.

Note: If the plugin does not seem to work, load it again after you've spawned into the game, sometimes loading it on startup may cause inconsistent results (I say load it again because the plugin automatically unloads itself after running through the few lines of code)

Why hello there, today I am releasing to you my rebuild project for RCMP, while there was some hiccups along the way, that just made me want to make it even more. I finally present it to you. While I know there is still a few things wrong, I am working hard to get it fixed as soon as possible!
I spent the better half of two months working on this rebuild to get ya over 40 cars you can choose from to patrol with, and lots more.
I am still dedicating this pack to Cst. Heidi who lost her life in Nova Scotia, but I am now also dedicating this pack too all of the men and women of the RCMP all across Canada

Hey, It's been a while since I last uploaded to this site - the Christmas Tahoe. I created these vehicles back in March 2022 and only released them elsewhere. 
 
This is just a mini pack consisting of two vehicles designed to replace the default FBI cars. These are intentionally low profile and made to look like "Regular civilian cars".

What it does:
Completely upgrades the look of helicopter spotlights in LSPDFR.
This mod includes a text file that gives you custom settings for your visualsettings.dat and walks you through how to change the settings without overriding your emergency lights values or other edits you have made to your visualsettings.dat.

These settings are optimized for NVE + Darker nights add on, so it may look slightly different depending on your graphics mod. 
 
There are 3 presets (which are shown above in the screenshots):
Blue tint
Purple tint
White

The readme also tells you how to customize the color, and the size of the spotlight, in case you want to customize them.

Important: This mod is not compatible, nor does it have any effect on the plugin "HeliAssistance". This mod changes the look of normal LSPDFR helicopter spotlights.

This Blaine Sheriff pack is Florida themed and not really based on any agency. I have included multiple unit numbers per vehicle with K9 unit for the SUVs. Bit different. It's not a sedan for once. It holds basically the same lighting package as the 2013 Charger. Both are Federal Signal vehicles. They are fictional, they aren't based on any irl department. I will be doing a 14 and 19 Tahoe to go with them. When they are released they may be put in a package together. I know I've been doing lots of Unmarked vehicles, I just find them fun to work with because you can do what you want. After the Tahoe's I will be working on a pack.
