  1. Dexter.Morgan's post in Game keeps crashing upon loading story mode was marked as the answer   
    I've removed all of the installed car mods one by one and couldn't figure out which one was the cause, however i removed all of them (both the folders in mods and the changes i made in open IV) and the game works now so it's been resolved.
