Solutions

  1. Frothymouthwater's post in NVE + RPH Incompatibility was marked as the answer   
    Managed to fix it. If anyone has the same issue this is how I fixed it:

    - Clean reinstall
    - Install LSPDFR
    - Install NVE Pt1+2
    - Used gameconfig from Essentialmods section
    **LML does not work with NVE + LSPDFR**
     
    That's it! I haven't tested extensively so I don't know if LSPDFR compatibility is needed as it worked without it.
