    Just to toss onto what DozelRhine said:
    Update LSPDFR by performing a manual reinstall. Navigate to your lspdfr.ini and set  Main.DisableGameBlipHiding = true Also, keep in mind that both AssortedCallouts and BetterEMS are outdated and may cause issues further down the line.
