No problem always happy to help out. 

With no luck as of yet looking into this I think it might be a problem with Reshade, try removing Reshades files and try again, that's all I can think of right now
 
I have elevated this to the support team in LSPDFR-TS
 
EDIT: only thing that might is any heavily dispatch metas such as RDE or something along those lines as well reinstall the last file that was edited if using ub for swat reinstall ub files.

Do you have any mods installed? If you do try renaming ur mods folder to "mods_" that'll bypass and make everything else in that folder revert to almost stock GTA, if it works that means your mod folder is corrupt and you need to start over ur folder

1. You are missing Pyro.Common. Ensure it is installed to your main directory.
 
2. Additionally, remove the following from your plugins:
ArrestManager AssortedCallouts BetterEMS PoliceSmartRadio SaferChasesRPH TrafficPolicer (AutomaticSirenCutout - discontinued, may not work as intended) (Pursuit Pack - requires SHVDN which is known to cause issues with RPH) 3. Move CalloutInterfaceAPI from Plugins/LSPDFR to your main directory
4. Update:
JM Callouts Remastered KucheraCallouts SuperCallouts (Updated Versions of Albos plugins are available on GitHub)
