    The fire hose you’ve seen is most likely part of FireCallouts. Nothing from base GTA or LSPDFR.
     
    If there is an actual fire, your backup units should at least attempt to attack it.

    The truck link I posted above works to my knowledge and gives you a LSPD livery. I think it responds as the "small tow truck". 
     
    Also, this one here I just installed and it has small, medium and large tow trucks all appear when you select them from the menu. They look nice too.
     
    EDIT - Sorry, i just realized the "medium" truck will not respond, but the small and flatbed will.
