Description
My personal setup. Nobody had been asking for it so I finally decided to upload it. I was tired of looking for one that met this criteria:
 
Must be as civilian-looking as possible with minimal police equipment on the outside Must have proper alloys, not those pedestrian-looking hubcaps Well-optimized so it's not missing dirt textures or LODs  
So I made my own. Been playing with it for a while and decided to release it publicly in case anyone wants it.
 
Notes
Includes a civilian version so you can play pretend you're really undercover while actual officers out there put their lives on the line so you can sit at home safely roleplaying in GTA. Now when your detective version breaks down during a pursuit like the crap it is, you can jack the civilian version nearby without feeling a pang of guilt! Wreck it all you want, your police chief won't give you a hard time over it. The vehicle is highly customizable because you lunatic snobs can't have enough choices to trigger analysis paralysis. Lemme save you some time - the models are locked. Yeah, both of em 😉  
Troubleshooting
Q: My cruiser has black windows and when I turn on the lights, they're not visible! I can't stand this, I'm seconds away from arresting my neighbors and executing them point blank!
A: Use the supplied vehicles.meta settings or open up your vehicles.meta, find the model and change the diffuseTint parameter so it looks like this: <diffuseTint value="0x00FFFFFF" />
 
Q: Dispatch, I ran over a surrendering suspect... again.
A: Use the supplied vehicles.meta settings or open up your vehicles.meta, find the model and change the handlingID parameter so it looks like this: <handlingId>POLICE4</handlingId>
If you use Drive V like me (because let's be honest, GTA V's arcade handling is too bland and insipid and to this day, GTA IV's handling model reigns supreme in the HD universe), I have a lil something for you- a classic select designer deluxe custom specially designed luxury prestige high quality premium gourmet handling line that will ensure you can use your new car without it flipping over at every turn. Just go in your handling.meta file, find "vecCentreOfMassOffset" and change the z value to 0.000000. Yeahhh.... that's it. Alternatively, use the entire handline file to copy and paste the snippet if you're too dense to understand what I just wrote. It'll make the car stable. Well, unless you're hot on the heels of a high-speed vehicle in Vinewood hills where it's susceptible to losing control because of VDrive's nature. But hey, the good news is that because of the realistic physics, the AI will crash into something before you do... probably.
 
Q: The car has yellow lights but the reflections show up as white? Do I suffer from color blindness?
A: Use the supplied carvariations.meta settings or open up your carvariations.meta, find the model, scroll all the way down to the lightSettings parameter and change it so it looks like this: <lightSettings value="2"/>
 
Q: My game won't start.
A: You need to double click the launcher.
 
Q: I don't understand how to install the customization options.
A: Los Santos' finest, everybody. If you don't understand what they are, you don't need them.

Ransom Ambience by MarcelWRLD

Ransom Ambience is a LSPDFR plugin that implements location-based ambient events to increase realism
during your patrols across Los Santos and Blaine County.
 
Features
Variety: Ransom Ambience offers you plenty of events of which some even have different scenarios! This way you won't get bored and you don't have to play the same stuff over and over again. The plugin is also under active development which means that new events are added every update to keep you busy during your patrols across the whole map!
  Lightweight: Ransom Ambience isn't heavily scripted which gives you the full range of opportunities on how you want to deal with an event.
You want to arrest the ped? Go on. You want let the ped go? Go on. You want to ignore the crimes they are commiting? Sure, go on. No annoying scripting that forces you to do something or react in some kind of way. It's just you and your own judgement!
  Location System: Ransom Ambience is dependent on the zone/neighborhood that you are currently in. Some events have a higher chance of occuring in certain areas while others have a lower chance of occuring or don't occur at all. Want action? Try patrolling in high-crime neighborhoods but pay close attention to your surroundings. Want to relax? Just patrol in a different area of the map, sit back and enjoy your chill patrol with only small crimes happening.
  Customizable: Don't like the probabilities of crimes in certain areas? Want to increase or decrease action in certain areas? Well, no problem! Ransom Ambience allows you to fully customize the chances of crimes occuring. Read the README of the 'RansomAmbience' folder for a (almost) step-by-step tutorial on how to adjust your game experience.
  Pursuit System: Ransom Ambience of course offers you plenty of situations where you are able to participate in a pursuit. However, can you still remember how I was talking about your freedom of dealing with events? Exactly: You are not forced to participate in a pursuit, instead you will be asked if you want to initiate a pursuit. If not, simply ignore the prompt and continue your patrol!   
Requirements

As already mentioned the ambient events are location-based meaning certain events have a higher chance of
occuring at certain places while others have a lower chance.
 
In order for events to spawn you have to make yourself available for calls which you can do using two ways:
1. If you use "GrammarPolice" you have to change your status to "Available" (e.g. going 10-8/Code 4).
2. You can open your LSPDFR interaction menu (default: M), go to "Police Radio" and switch "Available for calls" to "Yes".
If you want events to happen regardless whether you are available for calls or not, head to the plugins config menu (default: F6) and tick "Always allow events". 🙂
 
These are not callouts but events that may happen around you at random.

Whats going on all, I give you my Code 3 vehicle pack!! Started off as a time killer then ended up with these, Yes it has a message board, its different! Been asked about them so here they are. Hope some of you do enjoy the pack, I will be updateing this pack within the next week or so, as there is some things i need to work on, So they are a WIP as of now but good enough for some people to get some enjoyment out of them, I will also release my BCSO skins for this pack aswell.. Besides that Read the README file for all credits and my typical shit i put in there like TOS.
