  1. OldSchooler's post in RPH crashing after downloading few mods was marked as the answer   
    well sometimes there are stupid things that CAN solve problem. it worked for me. just turn off your pc and turn it on again. RPH have a funny bug. when you install some mods its not gonna work but after rebooting.. MAGIC it works. good to try it tho
