    Hello guys, I'm quite new to modding GTA IV, is it normal that the strobe lights just appear and issapear on police cars? they aren't visible on the police car when I get in, and when I start start them they just flicker and appear and dissapear, it is normal? or did I somehow mess up the instalation?
