    you have an odd line in the log:
    Detected Windows 8 Professional (64-bit) (6.2.9200.0)!
    Is that what you have installed??
    I doubt you will be able to update win8 sufficiently in respect to runtime-libraries and c++ redistributeables, but i honestly does not know
    You do however have an error that is caused by not having an uudated RNuI
