    This is usually because two plugins are trying to handle one thing at once, or something was deleted a plugin is trying to look for. Unless this is a persistent issue, there is no need to worry.
     
    Also, Rreinstall or remove Automatic Siren Cutout. You are missing a file.

    GrammarPolice, Installed: 1.6.0.4 - Latest: 1.7.2

    The Following Plugins Need To Be Removed (because not updated anymore, at first remove just temporary, to find out if those causes issues (4):
    BetterEMS
    Code 3 Callouts
    LSPDFR+, (Stop The Ped, CompuLite Replaced This)
    Traffic Policer, (Replaced by StopThePed & Custom Pullover)
