Solutions

  1. Blahaj's post in LSPDFR crashes whenever the plugin is loaded. was marked as the answer   
    Update, I was looking around other forum's and trying random fixes and fixed the crash. I changed the "Main.DisableMultiplayerMap" in the lspdfr.ini to "true" and that seems to have fixed my issue. Not sure if it was the correct fix but I'll take what I can get
