The livery on the vehicle is an updated version from a previously released pack around a year ago.
This vehicle is a port of the Vapid Torrence from GTA 5 into GTA 4 which was originally done by Yard1.
 
Installation instructions are inside the folder.
This file also comes with the alternate version of the car which has a NYPD/Vanilla style pushbar and lightbar.

/This is ONLY a livery addon for the "Vapid Police Interceptor LSPD/LSSD"
/All model rights belong to the original people credited with the mod. (Yard1)
/All image/decal rights used on the vehicles belong to their original owners, and if credit 
is required or requested, then it would be given.
/This best works with Sam's area livery mod for GTA4.
This file consists of an Alderney City Police Department, Liberty City Sheriff's Office,
Humboldt County Sheriff's Office (based of Hudson County), a SLIGHTLY improved Alderney State 
Police Livery (which originally came with the car file) and a Liberty State Police livery.
 
//////INSTALLATION///////
Once you have installed the liveries, navigate into the vehicles.img in
GTAIV/pc/models/cdimages/vehicles.img 
After this has been completed, you should then move into wherever the car is located and drag the
liveries inside. Make sure that +livery has been added to the end of the car name line in vehicles.ide
e.g. if the model has replaced "police2.wft" then you would add +livery at the end.

Based on the real life New York City Sheriff's Office, these two liveries are made for Vx5voltage's V2 Stanier.

Because this is my first attempt, some things 
maybe abit wonky and not 100% alligned but I've tried my best. These liveries are purposed to
replace the livery/liveries made for the 'police' vehicle in Vx5voltage's mod, however can be 
repurposed to be fit onto the noose.wtd if you rename the livery names to correspond with the
names of the police cars. 
 
Once you have installed the police.wtd files, drag them into the vehicles.img in
GTAIV/pc/models/cdimages/vehicles.img 
After this has been completed, you should then move into the "police.wtd" file and drag the
liveries inside. Make sure that +livery has been added to the end of the "police" line in vehicles.ide
to allow the vehicle to have multiple liveries

This is my first attempt at making liveries. This pack consists of a Liberty State Trooper
livery (New York State), Alderney State Trooper Livery (New Jersey State), Humboldt Sheriff
Livery (based off of the Hudson Sheriff Department in New Jersey) and the Port Authority of 
Liberty City and Alderney City Livery (PAPD). Because this is my first attempt, some things
