Solutions

  1. Giga Yaremchuk's post in I updated lpsdfr but it keeps crashing and saying it is outdated was marked as the answer   
    None of that worked unfortunately. Because it took so long I just uninstalled GTA V. For anyone who may be in the same situation the only solution I found is to literally erase and uninstall everything and install everything again from scratch.
