    Your RPH plugin timeout threshold is way too low. Increase it to 60000 (that's 60k, four zeros). You can do it in the RPH Settings GUI by pressing and holding SHIFT when launching RPH. Or edit the `RagePluginHook.ini` (config file) and change it there.

    You also didn't install AssortedCallouts correctly. The file Albo1125.Common.dll should be your main GTA V folder but it isn't.

    But I actually recommend removing AssortedCallouts because it's outdated and causes occasional crashes. The same applies to MoreRadioChatter and CodeRedCallouts. Remove these plugins.
