I was just dinking around with this simple Highway Patrol concept. Half-black-half-white with a badge on the door and "HIGHWAY PATROL" on the rear, that's it.

The LCPD Highway Patrol SEU is testing a new car, the Holden VF Commodore SSV Police straight from Australia.

So I was board and messing around in Zmod and I made a Japanese Themed police car (had to use a falcon as it the closet then I had) And I really like it

Usually used to block roads due to parades etc.
Something weird is going on with the shadows in the top left... I don't know what, but it's weird...

Is the LCPD switching to a new livery??? Looks like it is inspired by the livery of its sister agency, the LCPD Highway Patrol...

Adapted to the FPI. Reverted back to the original "POLICE" design.

Still have to add moar side lights as well as antennas and police equipment.
Will be utilized as a Supervisor and Tactical Response Unit vehicle.
A variation of this vehicle may be set for release later 2014.
Note: It is half on a sidewalk which is why the front looks lower than the back.

Jump's WIP RX2700 pack, every marked vehicle will have a slick-top variant as well. This pack will be released, my assumption is in the upcoming weeks.

Due to recent increase in graffiti the local law enforcement has formed it's own GDF ( Graffiti Discouragement Force ). Now able to blend into the back alleys with their new cars they hope to be able to catch these fiendish perps.

The alleyways of Liberty City have some dastardly secrets up their sleeves. A dumping ground for stolen automobiles constitutes as one of those secrets!
