Solutions

  1. G H O S T's post in LSPDFR crashes whenever a callout from disptach happens was marked as the answer   
    Found out the issue, and now it's gone for good. It turns out that if you have a Corsair headset. You must go into ICUE and change the headset from Stereo to 7.1 surround sound. It is mostly a sound issue that causes the game to bug out.
