  1. Thank you for the link, Lundy. Thank you, took me 2 or 3 days, on a relaxed pace. :) The LOD banner has been replaced already, but thank you for pointing out the location of the lspd banner, I really appreciate it and will add your name in the special thanks when uploading the next version. And yes, it is that texture tool I used to edit the textures that OpenIV couldn't add in, the tool comes in really handy for this. Oh, that's actually a texture, I thought those letters were an actual model, like in the Vinewood police station, I'll be sure to edit that. For the flags near some of the police stations, you can use Real Flags by RSR_Commander, I think he did a great job on them. @everyone The only texture I know of myself I didn't replace is the LSPD billboard near Vinewood police station. This and the actual billboard textures are shared in one file with other billboards and there are already multiple mods out there which replace the billboards with real life ones.
  2. Hey guys, I'm quite happy with the result, however some textures could be a bit better. One of the things I'm looking for is a HD LASD Badge, since the one currently on the doors of the sheriff depts is not of the highest quality. I can find lots of pics, but I think it should be the style as the one in picture 13 and I can't find a HD version of that one. Also, if anyone knows where to find the texture for the LSPD Recruitement banner in front of the Davis Sheriff station, let me know because I haven't found it yet.

Real Police Stations by Yorpie This mod aims to replace the LSPD stations with LAPD and LSSD offices with LASD ones. The stations in La Mesa, Mission Row, Vespucci and Vinewood have been given a LAPD makeover, as well as the interior for the Mission Row police station. The sheriff offices in Davis, Sandy Shores and Paleto Bay also have received new textures. This also includes the interiors for both sheriff offices, you need the Open All Interiors script to enter these I would like to thank every other modder on this site who made any kind of texture for the police stations for making them, as it would have been a pain to find all the textures without any guidance and I would also like to thank artkrime as his real life retexture of two of the police stations gave me the idea to make this project. I hope you all enjoy the mod and if you have suggestions or constructive feedback, leave them in the comments and I'll make sure to read it.
  3. Cool :) So we can now have both Los Santos and Blaine County Sherrif Department I suppose, a bit like the Area Livery Mod for IV?
  4. Hello, I'm using Area Livery Mod V2.0. Now here's the deal. I have added all the emergency vehicles to the ini file, added '+livery' to all the appropriate vehicles in the vehicles.idea, however ingame not all the liveries seem to work. The regular police cruiser works fine, it can use all 4 liveries. Now the police patriot doesn't though. Livery one and two (nypd and njsp) work really well. However, I set the game to use the fourth livery (port authority) in port tudor, normandy and francis international. However, it does not use it and instead uses the new jersey state police one. Then the Enforcer doesn't work at all. In all of the zones, it switches the livery to the first one. I've tried multiple things, like adding all 4 liveries in the .ini, only adding one zone, etc... but it simply does not work. Removing the ALM mod makes all 4 liveries spawn so its defenitly something related to the mod. Now I've heard more people ask about this, but the author of the mod seems to be a busy person and they had no luck. So is there anyway to fix this issue and does the author know about this problem? It works fine in 1.1 but 2.0 is better due to more zones and better overall performance of the mod.
  5. Its just something to get used to. When the FCV stopped production and the FPI was announced I was also kind of shocked by it, but I have gotten used to the Interceptor. The same will happen with the Utility Vehicle, its just a huge change after seeing the same type of car for over a decade.
  6. Oh my, Ford Explorers all over the place, I really don't like the sound of that. I'm not an American, but I've always seen the FCV as the main workhorse for the police, can't imagine all cops driving SUVs. Oh well, I'll just stick with sedans in the virtual world.
  7. Works great! Its really awesome to see tac FIB guys rappel from that thing, now at least I don't need a custom black FIB maverick for it. Thank you!
  8. Having the NOOSE rappel down these looks so good! A rappeling enabled Frogger would be cool to, I remember one mission in the game where you actually have to rappel from one of these on the side of a building. It would look really good on the FIB frogger.
  9. Hey Yard1, I tried adding the Granger as an extra vehicle since I already replaced fbi2 and sheriff2. I added the renamed granger files in the christmas dlc folder, added its entry in the carvariations.dat and also copied the sheriff2 data line (with the name edited to mine) in the dlc its vehicles.meta. The vehicle spawns ingame, pretty much everything works fine except for the LED lights. They don't turn on for me, however at a small distance they do give a very dim light.
  10. I agree with you, OfficerSquare, it was a pain to find non-ELS vehicles for GTA IV. I defenitly don't mind ELS, but it is always nice when modders create both an ELS and non-ELS version of their car.
Good template, breakable windows, didn't encounter any bugs and a useful description!
  11. The skins look really great! Really love the LSSD one!
  12. It has the required flags in the vehicles.meta so it should be.
  13. +1 on that request, they look very nice, they just should be scaled down just a bit imo.
  14. Hello, I am trying to get RAGE plugin hook working but it keeps on crashing. It crashes when I click to load the story mode, I just get the 'GTA 5 exited unexpectedly' error. I have the latest version of the plugin hook. I attached the crash log which the plugin gave me in the attachements. crash log.txt
  15. The new skin is a big improvement!!!!!!
Great job on the skin, it looks really good!
  16. The model looks good but as mentioned, the skin defenitly needs some work.
  17. Okay great! Except for what I just mentioned, the skins look good.
  18. The 'CHICAGO POLICE' lettering on the doors are to big, especially on the Stanier and the Buffalo, you should scale it down a bit.
The skins look really good, the ambulances and the firetrucks fit together really well. Also love the fact that you included a LS County variant, which looks good in the countryside.
