I want a fresh copy of GTA4 on steam, no ELS, no mods, no nothing. Just the regular game. So I re-installed it on steam. Even after that, I still have ELS and who knows what else. How do I do this?

It is true, making your own textures is generally easier than having someone else make them, however sometimes you don't have the time or patience. Thus is the reason people like me take requests xD

I might be able to do it. I'm new to textures, but I'm pretty good. Message me with some more pictures of all the cars and I can try, if you'd like.

V1.3!!! So, it's Version 1.3 because I'm not releasing this, therefor it's not 1.5. I decided to make the back panel black around the license plate, but as you can see in the pictures, I still have some work to do (Some of the black isn't there, but I'm working on that right now. Also in V1.3, the flag on the hood of the car had been faded into the black, so it looks better. Version 1.5 should be out late today, or early tomorrow, then Version 2.0, which will include the first draft of the charger, Within a week. PICTURES

***UPDATE*** I got the hood to be a little bit of a darker green, however it still doesn't look good. So I am going to change the green to a black. I'll post pictures when I'm done.

***UPDATE*** I decided I wanted to make the hood a dark green color (Still not sure about this idea) When I went into Gimp and put it on, it looks like this - ( I know I didn't get the bottom of it, minor mistake) But when I get into game and look at it, it isn't the same color - Anyone know what the problem could be? Should I just change the green into an even darker green? Or should I just change the green to a black?

Yeah, I actually decided I'm not ready to sleep yet and I'm gonna start putting some lines and a badge. I kinda like the red, but you're right green does suit sheriff a bit more.

I just started this pack today, so not even one car is done. So far I've only started on one and I only have the sides done, but I'm still working on it tonight. It's a LCPD Sheriff Crown Vic white base, black/red lettering. You can't really see it at the back, but it does say in black "DIAL 911" Obviously, I'm nowhere near done but tell me what you think so far. Again, it's my first car so it's not GREAT but i hope you think they're alright. Thanks - Jordan ****RELEASE**** VERSION 1.0! I am releasing version 1.0 which will ONLY include the Crown Vic. In one of the pictures of the back of the car, I know it says "Sherrif", it has been fixed I am just to tired to retake pictures. Haha. I want a red and black based Sheriff car. Not based on any PD. I also want a little bit of dark blue in it. No clue on the design, though.

I guess I still have to learn a lot then, cause I can't seem to do anything with it hha.

***I DON'T KNOW IF THIS IS IN THE RIGHT PLACE*** So, I'm trying to make a skin for LCPD:FR but in order to do so, I need a template. So I went to download BxBuggs templates off of GPM only to find out I CAN'T! When I hit download, it brings up a page that says something like "Slow down! You're trying to download to fast! You must wait 8 seconds to download something else." And it never goes away. I refresh, close browser, try again and it still happens. I really want to do this, so can anyone help me out and give me a way to download the templates off of GPM?

Hmm... I could try my best. Gimme a few minutes. EDIT - I found a closer picture of the CV, but I couldn't find any of the same look for any other cars. If this picture wont do, I can find other pictures and looks (For some reason Milton, FL has a lot of different cars) and I can deal with one of those. But this is the best picture I could find.
