    5/15/15:
    Work has started on login for officers, will emulate a MDT.
    Work has started on new GPS / Dispatch script
    Program:
    V1.2.0 (5/15/15):
    User passwords are now even more secure then before (Added salt!)
    New database update method works much smother then before.
    Special assignments will now update dynamically
