Solutions

  1. SicarioShiro's post in lspdfr.dll crashes when I accept callout was marked as the answer   
    I think I found out the problem. When I was installing EUPFR Basic and UE, I threw EUPFR Basic and EUPFR UE folders into game, which change the vehicles mods name units use, since I don't have those mods installed, it can't find anything. I will correct and see if this works.
