I have a lower PC with a lower CPU, ram, gpu and power supply. Mine runs perfectly.

See for yourself the recommended requirements of gta 5. graphics card: GTX 660 2GB, and you have a GTX 980TI which I assume has 6GB, you have 16GB of ram and gta only needs 8GB. I know that LSPDFR burdens the computer but not to such an extent that the game is uncomfortable.
