It says it moves all mods to that folder. If you don't intend to restore them then you can delete the folder.

As @OfficerChris1 stated, you have an old LSPDFR version. Please make sure that you are copying all of the new files over to your current LSPDFR install.

Lastly, increase your plugin timeout threshold to 60000.
Launch RPH, then immediatly hold SHIFT. Change Plugin Timeout Threshold to 60000. Click Save and Launch.

hello, im trying to make a my own callout and im not a coder. Is there a easier way to learning C# or someone able to help me? I tried following the guide on here but it lost me, I also have a fulltime job and kiddo. Im willling to learn because I love lspdfr and i wanna be able to make own callouts and potentially make this a side hobby! 

I was actually wondering the same thing, I was doing some searching online but couldnt understand the first steps of what is needed.
