When using LCPDFR, and you're playing as a cop. You can personally put a wanted marker on an ped. Lets say to stop two peds, if one takes off running, you can put a wanted marker on the running ped and backup units will respond and attempt to arrest the ped. If you have a partner, LEFT ALT + G, will task your partner to arrest the ped you are aiming at. Your partner will then proceed to take the ped into custody. Its all part of LCPDFR, so if your pressing the key binding to put a wanted marker on a ped and its not working. Most likely its a bug.

Well I don't know if that only happens when you arrest a suspect and press E to take hold of them, but when you do take hold of a suspect after arrest, everyone walks like the fatcop. Do you walk like fatcop after placing suspect in patrol car?

No. Most likely when you install a new ENB it installs right over the old one.

Are you using a modded car for the transport vehicle?

I'm not using a commandline on laptop. And number of processor are "off" clicked. I thought that all desktops are better then laptops. Obviously not.

I have the same problem. I just finished moving to my new PC. Everything is in position just like I had on my laptop. I don't know whats gone wrong.

I see that you are also using SparkIV 0.7.0 Beta. If you scan comes back ok, try using SparkIV 0.6.9.

Well like I said, its a lot of ENB's out there. So explore around. Also take into account of the power of your PC. The better your PC is, the better the ENB you can use. Example: Im using a HP Pavilion g6 Notebook. My Processor is a AMD A4-3305M APU with a Radeon HD Graphics 1.90 GHz. I know my laptop isn't strong enough to use ENB's like "iCEnhancer". So I use lower ENB's good for my type of computer (Savior).

Did you run LCPDFR 0.95?

Now that you have reported it. Now you wait. If it is a bug, then the Dev Team will most likely find and fix it and will probably give the fix to us in an update of 1.0.

I agree. Try to use the latest version of the ENB. I currently run Savior ENB v3.5 on my laptop, and I get good results. I don't know how your computer handles GTA with an ENB, so try different ENB's until you like one that performs well and also looks great. So it sounds like a problem with LCPDFR. Report it as a bug and hopefully it gets fixed.

Most likely this is a bug with LCPDFR. Did you report it? If no, then you should.

Do you use a trainer?

The are mods called ENB that enhances your GTA graphics (Environment Lights, Textures, Reflections etc.). Most people who play LCPDFR have a ENB installed.

For both?

My laptop res. is 1366 x 768. GTA res. is 800 x 600 (40 Hz). I'm moving to a new PC with is much better than my laptop.
