San Andreas State Patrol 1990 Ford Mustang GT 1.0 - by dream

A San Andreas State Patrol Ford Mustang with Whelen Edge Strobe lightbar. Vehicle is based on Georgia State Police 90’s Mustangs.

Vehicles included: 
dpsmusta - 1990 Ford Mustang GT with Whelen Edge.
Requirements:
OpenIV; SirenSetting Limit Adjuster; Dynamic Lightning System by TheMayBeast - Optional, but highly recommended. Only the 3rd stage would be active without DLS.  

Installation:
        1. Make sure you have your ‘mods’ folder in GTA V’s main folder with a copied ‘update’ folder.
        2. Open your OpenIV, turn on ‘Edit mode’ and go to GTAV/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/. Drag and drop folder ‘dmdpsmusta’.
        3. Export a file called ‘dlclist.xml’ which located in GTAV/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/. Copy this file to your desktop and open it with any editor you like. After, scroll to the bottom and locate the last line that starts with ‘<Item>dlcpacks:/….’. Add a new line, then copy and paste this line:        

        <Item>dlcpacks:/dmdpsmusta/</Item>

        4. Replace old file with the new one.

Additional steps for:
DLS Users:
        Copy ‘DLS’ folder from ‘Data Files’ folder and paste them in GTAV/Plugins/
ELS Users:
        Copy .xml files from ‘Data Files’ folder and paste them in GTAV/ELS/pack_default/

Paleto Township Police PA Themed Pack
ABOUT:
This is a small pack slightly themed around Shaler Township, PA Police but is not intended to be 1 to 1 in anyway. Has full DLS light stages as well as proper set up park and priority light modes. Currently not set up for replace as many cars require full custom files to work 100% properly. This pack also includes my first ever scratch model in the form of the Speed Timing Computers used by all departments in PA as only State Police can utilize Radar under current laws.

This model may appear to be similar to the original Scientific Prototypes Mark 7, with the same size and almost identical markings.
However, the internal circuitry has been replaced with different electronics component that suits the new requirements in the 90s by a few Law Enforcement agencies and it sounds not only quite different, but also has the new "Fast Yelp" tone.
