open OpenIV
Uninstall the ASI loader
close OpenIV
open OpenIV again
Install the ASI loader
close Open IV
Restart the computer.

Try launch **regular** GTA first, then once you've loaded in story mode and can move your character around tab-out and launch **R**age**PH**.
