It has come to my attention that not only are people "claiming" this as their own, but are actually selling this skin from when I was super active in the community, so I figured why not just release the true, nice looking FREE version since it is being sold off. 

It's for the F350 ambulance so whatever template it is on, which I do not know as this was made and released on my old Discord in 2018, it goes to that.

Simple plugin created for myself that limits vehicle speed, very useful for patrolling the lowlands!
The plugin automatically generates an INI file to configure the keys.
Default keys are:
Left Alt to toggle the speed limiter,
Numpad 9 and Numpad 3 to increase or decrease the speed.
Everything is fully configurable in the INI file.

1. Q - Why would you release an unfinished EUP and call it early release?
A - I'm looking for community feedback on the current progress of this pack. This involves suggesting changes, additions, ect. 
2. Q - What departments will all be included?
A. LSPD, LSSD, BCSO, RHPD, DPPD, LISA, LPPD. SAHP
3. Q - Is this both male and female?
A. When its all finished it will be, however currently only LSPD, and BSCO are both male and female
4. Q - And version of EUP is this for?
A. Currently it is only for 8.3, however later when 8.3 is done this pack will be made useable will 9.6 and 9.9
5. Q - Does this work for FiveM
A - No
6. Q - Does this work on EUP 9.6
A - Yes and no. The clothing will work, how ever some department shirts may look weird near the neck, and badge textures, and possible decals wont work properly. Its recommended you use 8.3 for now. 
Any questions that aren't answer here can be asked in the comments, or discord. 
7. Q - Is the EUP preset install required?
A - No. However it is highly recommended you do install it to prevent texture conflicting on different uniforms. Note, its only works on EUP, and does not replace Ultimate Backup xml for backup units. That requires you to do it yourself. 
 
I would love if you would leave me suggestions to the EUP in the comments.

Check your graphics setting and make sure your Direct X version is on DX11. Anything lower and it will bug textures.

HOW TO INSTALL REPLACE VARIANT
Navigate to GTAV - mods - Update - x64 - dlcpacks - patchday24ng - dlc.rpf - x64 - levels - gta5 - vehicles.rpf
Drag and Drop the YTD and YFT Files from the folders of the cars you want to install
For the XML files place them in GTAV - ELS - pack_default
And your done. go ahead and load up your game!

[ELS] Los Santos PD Pack (Golden Valley, MN)

This is a small LSPD pack based on Golden Valley Police (MN). Six vehicles are included, three unmarked and three marked. Golden Valley's made a lot of strange decisions when it comes to lighting, from putting as many lights on the vehicle as humanly possible to mounting light modules in nonstandard places. I've tried my best to make the liveries and lighting setup as close to GVPD as possible, but as always, my main goal with this pack was not accuracy. As such, I request you don't review this pack based on accuracy. 
 
This is a rework from the previous iteration of this pack (released March 2021), and the following changes have been made:
Added partition collision feature Added reflective liveries Added gunmount in all vehicles with partitions Redid SUV trunk equipment and partition Light emissive texture improvements Light module mounting/scaling improvements Various model and data file optimizations Bug fixes Known issues:

3. Open up OpenIV for windows.
4. GTA V > update > x64 > dlcpacks > (whatever patch day yours cars are in) > dlc.rpf > x64 > levels > gta5 > vehicles.rpf
5. Go to the vehicle
(Whatever you named it ex. police3)
6. Turn on edit mode in Open IV.
7. Open the .ytd and search for the vehicle sign
8. Right click and replace
9. Click save
