Can use it with patch 1.0.4.0 :) -
I dont use trainer. Because I use paint to make the skins and other prograps so i have used paint to remove the player.

Here is a picture of my LAPD car, I have changed the bumper sticks to more realistic. I have removed Niko with paint, maybe you can see the graphic is not so good at the front of the picture... Enjoy the picture + add comments e.t.c. -
