Welcome to the only highway focused callout pack (that is still slowly maintained) in LSPDFR!
 
This callout pack doesn't include shootings, robberies, muggins, kidnappings, stabbings, bank robberies, juggernatus or all the typical callouts you can find all over the script section of this website.
 
I'm more focused into creating callouts that are not too common or that can be approached from a different perspective. Why would I make you chase a vehicle around all of LS when I can make you surprise the criminals by deploying a spike strip and then, join the pursuit?
 
Remember officers don't have to deal with high speed pursuits or robberies everyday, there is also a side that is not that exciting but that officers have to do anyway. If you want to experience a different side to an officers work on the highways of LS, then give this callout pack a try.
 
 
⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTE ON CALLOUT MANAGER ⚠️
If you are using Callout Manager or any other plugin that starts callouts on demand, be aware that these callouts are meant to be played as a trooper or an officer patroling close to a highway, so if you are in the middle of the map like in Great Chaparral, Harmony or in Vinewood Hills, the callouts will fail to start.

HOW TO INSTALL:
Drag and drop the "lspdfr" folder into your main game folder. Drag and drop the "plugins" folder into your main game folder. Drag and drop the CalloutInterfaceAPI file to your main game folder. Customize as desired in the ini file.
 
 
PLUGIN RECOMMENDATION
SceneManager by Rich
This plugin will help you manage traffic and you will surely need it for these callouts. If you don't have any plugin that can do something similar, you'll have a hard time playing this pack. I don't make it a requirement because is no longer maintained, but it still works!
Make sure to use the latest RageNativeUI version, do not use the version included in the plugin.

NEW!  Disturbance in rest area (only available at the rest area east of LS) : Investigate a couple that has been arguing in their vehicle for a long time.  
NEW!  Prowler in rest area (only available at the rest area east of LS) : The store clerk has called reporting a possible prowler in the rest area. Search for the suspect and make sure the zone is safe. Multiple outcomes possible.  
NEW!  Stranded Vehicle: There's a vehicle parked on the shoulder of the highway; make sure the driver is safe.  
MVA Traffic Control: You are not the only officer on patrol. Some officers are cleaning a MVA scene but are having a hard time handling traffic. Hurry up and manage traffic to prevent more accidents.  
Assistance to Road Worker: The city had to cut resources and the road workers don't have all the security equipment they should. Luckily for them, you have them covered. Protect the workers from the heavy traffic and help maintain the roads of LS in good shape.  
Animal on road: Some drivers have reported an animal in/close to the highway. Get there and make sure it's not a safety concern for the drivers and the animal.  
Motor Vehicle Accident: Car accidents are a big part of an officers work and can't be missing in a callout pack like this.  
Object on road: Drivers are reporting objects on the road, potentially causing an accident. Arrive to the scene and clear the way.  
Asistance to stranded driver: You got a call for a vehicle stranded on the highway. Investigate and assist the driver.  
Spike Strip Support: There is a pursuit approaching your position. Hurry up and get ready to deploy a spike strip and catch the criminals.  
 
 
KNOWN ISSUES 🙁 :
Peds/animations are not playing correctly at times. Animals caught by animal control look weird at the back of the truck.

Yep, so I'm back. Couldn't tell you why. But regardless I've been wanting to make this happen for a long time, and I've seen a couple liveries posted out there but no models accurate(Correct me if I'm wrong...) to Frank's Dodge Charger R/T. 
 
You will find in this file, one Dodge Charger, one criminal speeding citation, and a mud flap special. 
 
I know the interior equipment isn't 100% accurate, as I couldn't find much material on what equipment is in the vehicle, and that the wheels are not the exact same as on the source material.

Based off of a Georgia Police Ghost unit, this pack started as a 2016 Dodge Charger and sprouted into the super ultra mega pack that it is now.
I released these on this day as a tribute to the victims of 9/11. It's an upsetting day for some families, individuals and communities. This is my way of supporting you. God bless.

For some reason people need to know how to install this. I have a custom game and DO NOT install over the default vehicles.
But here is a way to install...
Using OPENIV, navigate to: GTA V/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchdayXXng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf and drop the .ytd and .yft files in there. The ELS VCF for this vehicles goes into "Grand Theft Auto V/ELS/pack_default PatchdayXXng stands for the latest patchday folder, which would be Patchday19ng by the time I'm writing this.

General
Kuchera Callouts is designed to be a highly replayable LSPDFR callout pack, allowing players to build upon the provided scenarios and use other modifications to further enhance scenes, investigations, and day-to-day police work. This callout pack offers a range of high-intensity calls that will have players seeking cover, as well as regular day-to-day calls that a typical police officer might encounter. Some callouts might seem high-intensity upon response, only for players to later discover that the suspects have already fled the scene. Customization options are available, letting players edit the included .ini file to modify police vehicle models, peds, and callout activation.
 
Two Versions
Base - No other mods or callouts required, perfect for a more vanilla experience. Callout Interface [new] - You will need to download and install callout interface  first, in order for this callout pack to work.

Key Features
Replay Factor - This callout pack has a vast number of coordinates and potential outcomes to ensure replayability. Every situation can end differently; even when you believe a situation is resolved, the suspect might surprise you. Enhanced Interactions [new] - Instead of having players repeatedly press the 'Y' button to progress through a memorized chat dialog, I've incorporated a range of randomized one-liners that suspects might say upon your arrival. These give hints on how to navigate each situation. While your imagination will guide your investigations, I recommend using this callout pack alongside other LSPDFR mods like Stop The Ped and Ultimate Backup. Although they're not mandatory, they enhance the experience. Note: This pack doesn't spoon-feed you with dialogues on how to manage situations - that's up to you. For instance, if you see someone walking away from an accident scene, it's intentional. Suspect and Vehicle Items - Specific callouts may have items added to the suspect or vehicle inventory to guide your police action (e.g., burglary tools for silent alarms, drug paraphernalia for drug related calls, fake police badges for police impersonation calls). Always be alert; some suspects might carry weapons, like knives or broken bottles Realistic Calls - I have included a number of more "realistic" day to day calls that a police officer may respond to. Note, these calls can still lead to some hectic situations. Location Based Calls - You will only receive calls that are designated for your style of patrol. (patrolling the county will get you county calls, patrolling the city will get you city calls, etc). In addition, a number of the callouts will take you down into parking garages, alleyways, and nooks that you never knew existed in GTA. Search Areas - Some callouts will utilize a search area instead of a blip to have you do some real police work and investigate an area for the reported crime. LSPDFR Expanded aims to offer a great addition to your every day patrol by adding lots of realism and roleplaying features both for your on-duty and off-duty activities. You'll start as a Rookie who barely makes enough money to keep his fridge filled. With every day on duty you will slowly gain experience and rise up the ranks of the LSPD.
 
After your shift is done, grab your vehicle you bought at the store to the nearest supermarket and grab some food before you starve. Maybe get a new tattoo or haircut along the way? With LSPDFR Expanded you can do it all. Your created character really becomes YOUR character

Copy the contents of the Grand Theft Auto V folder into your main Grand Theft Auto directory (ex: .../steamapps/common/Grand Theft Auto V/)

After loading ingame, open the Rage Console (standard F4) and type "ForceDuty" to fully load the plugin.
 
To go on duty, enter any police department via the Red Circle. This will take you inside the custom PD. There, you can stamp in to start working.
To go off duty, just stamp out at the same location. DO NOT press the vanilla "Go off duty" button, as this will unload the plugin.

Model was originally brought to be used in a military-simulator based FiveM server called MiddleEastRP V3 (Israel & Lebanon - IDF vs Hizb*llah), and due to a WIP on a new server theme I chose to release it to the public so anyone could use my work for free.

Installation:
Drag the folder 'lrcambo' into your [car_resource] folder and ensure the resource on your server.cfg.

This callout-pack has now multiple detective callouts. Each callout has multiple variations, so you can play the callouts again and discover unseen content. Country Murders has a total of 11 major variations to explore and more than 100 small variations to offer! Make sure to first play the Sawmill callout in order to unlock the other callouts!
 
With a complex scenario and different background stories for each suspect, there will be a lot to remember. Checkout @DPZ Notepad for LSPDFR. You might want to take notes during your journey.
