This is my LSPD pack for EUP 9.9 based on Columbus PD in Ohio. 9.9 is obtainable through the EUP Team Patreon https://www.patreon.com/alex_ashfold, this pack should also be compatible with 9.10. THIS PACK WILL NOT WORK WITH 9.3 DUE TO THE FILE STRUCTURE, 9.3 VERSION COMING SOON.

This pack includes LSPD uniforms for both male & female. 
- LSPD Uniform Class A-C Shirts
- LSPD Coat
- LSPD Raincoat
- LSPD Motorcycle Class A-C 
- LSPD K-9 Class B & C
- BDU Style Uniforms
- Custom patches based on Columbus PD
- Custom badges based on Columbus PD (Note: Lanyard and hip badges are available to male only)

The Ultimate Backup DefaultRegions.xml includes backup for LSPD zones. Note: By installing the CustomRegions.xml you will also have LSPD backup respond in the Rockford Hills area. The DefaultRegions.xml is not completely necessary to install especially if you use other packs but it will allow for the best customisation of the backup in my pack. 
A wadrobe.ini is included to fix customisation issues with certain uniforms in Preset Outfits.

A 9.3 version to my BCSO 9.9 pack. This pack has now been updated to include female units and a lot more from the 9.9 pack as I have found some naming places.

9.3 is the same as 8.3

Pack includes a wardrobe.ini with the outfits I put together which I advise you use (only male uniforms for wardrobe.ini, sorry)

I believe to have fixed a lot with this pack, in the future I plan to add chest badges for female units as well as some potential custom vests to go with the pack. I will also look into getting collar pins from my 9.9 pack into this 9.3 pack.

When I got 9.9 I found that almost every pack for it was paid and so I took it upon myself to start creating something for free. I will likely continue if people want me to for other departments/agencies lore or non-lore. Though I'm not 100% sure if I will continue this free route just yet. Again I will consider a 9.3 version depending on if people want it and how much time I have. Feel free to attempt to convert it yourself though lol.

At this current time, only male units have custom badges applied to them, I may release an update next month for female units too (but they use the campaign hat badge as of  now)

A eup_backup.txt is provided for those who wish to manually replace just the BCSO backup without interfering with any other custom backups they currently have. 
A wardrobe.ini is included for both male and female characters with all the uniforms currently being used. 
 
In the future I may update to include vests that I have been working on but not 100% sure on that yet. These vests will be Sheriff and K-9 Sheriff vests which so far look cool to me but not close to being ready for a release, I may release this with other vests next month.
I also have been working on a LSPD pack for 9.9 too which I hope to release soon here too.

Grappler brings a whole new way to tackle vehicles fleeing from you. 

I want to give a HUGE thanks to @RogueThunder for making the grappler model and @Scorpionfam for making the lowering animation. Without the help of these devs this plugin would not have been possible. 
This plugin is set up to use custom made props, meaning it will work with any police vehicle you want. You just need to configure the offset for the vehicle you're using and save it. The offsets will save to an xml file so you won't have to remake the offset every time.
Using the plugin is very simple, once its set up in the right position, just press the key defined in the ini to deploy it, and then you can grapple any vehicle you want. Once everything is complete, press the same key again while in the vehicle to reset it.
