I started learning/doing the liveries a couple weeks ago already. I'm doing them for APE's DLS addon starter pack but it will work with any model using the same as his. Will also make separate PR configs for those vehicles as backup. -
Due to dev TOS, I can only provide that male version. I'll see what I can do to try and get permission for a female one but for now it's gonna be male only. Sorry.

This is the 9.3 converted version of my EUP 9.10 UHP pack, everything might not be perfect but I tried where I could. Any issues do please let me know and I'll try fix it asap. If you own EUP 9.7-9.10 I recommend you check out the 9.10 version of this pack instead! This pack includes: Male & Female compatibility for everything listed Class A-C uniforms Custom Campaign Hat with the respective UHP badge on it UHP badges on uniforms UHP Shoulder Patches Motorcycle Unit Uniforms K-9 Base Uniform Textures Bomber Jacket Brown Baseball Cap Other Jackets which may appear in backup Motorola Mic compatible with base EUP belts (Male Only for now) This was a small project done by myself and BunBoHue. Well since you're on the AM4 platform I would suggest jumping straight to the best of that platform being a Ryzen 7 5800X3D. It may help but I'm afraid you may still feel significant FPS loss as LSPDFR isn't the most stable thing. But your specs should be able to run it just fine at 60fps with no visual mods and not a lot of other demanding mods.

I've provided an ultimate backup file which is the same as toms but I've edited the BCSO backup in the DefaultRegions.xml so they spawn correctly with the outfits I've made. If you use another edited ultimate backup file for other departments too then you can copy the backup lines from the eup_backup.txt

Appreciate it! Next pack currently is the LSPD pack, will do the SAHP right after. Thinking of doing a light blue for SAHP but still looking for ideas. If you also have any states or departments you might want it based off I can look into that too.

ngl, it was shit shit before. At least your comment motivated me to actually work on it and do things correctly as well as add female support yessir!! Next will be a LSPD pack and then a SASP, but unfortunately I will not be adding custom bodycams, mics or vests in my free packs

Honestly I might just take this version down and then just spend the next month seeing what the 9.3 namings are and make an actual 9.3 pack. I feel like I messed up severely in this one

I've uploaded a 9.3 version, not the best in my opinion though. It is only the male outfits and it doesn't include everything the 9.9 pack has but it works I guess. There's an included wardrobe.ini and default regions. Read the description to find everything it has.
