something in your mods folder is causing your issue. Either a mod you installed or a file you edited.
You can try revert the most recent thing you changed. Or you have to delete your mods folder and start a new one, **as it is impossible for us to diagnose what's actually causing the issue**.
The only other thing it could be is **if you recently installed a large amount of __addon cars__** you may need to install a custom gameconfig/heapadjuster.

I cannot see a LSPDFR crash here, but Callout Interface is missing several files so please reinstall it correctly.
If the issue persists, send a new log.
