Still dreading releases, but we'll see how this one does. This pack is primarily based in Charlotte County, Florida. However, Flagler County uses the same design with some small alterations and not on the same vehicles as each other, so they are not exactly the same, but very similar. None of these vehicles are intended to be 1:1, with some small changes (such as the yellow gradient on the Charlotte Co. cars IRL not reflecting here). These were originally planned to be for my new BCSO fleet as I am in the process of redoing all my departments, but I was asked about it being released, so here it is.

At some point, I will come back and change out Matt's 2018 Charger for GM's as per request, and in addition, I will be adding a 2018 Ford Mustang when I find a Mustang that is templated and is something I can work with. I will likely not be adding any form of Tahoe as I have to change the design too much and it looks extremely odd on the 2018 I tried. Anyways, this pack is based on the Macomb County Sheriff's Office, which operates and serves Northeastern Detroit. However, none of the cars here are meant to be depicted as 1:1 to their real-life counterparts, and I do not plan on doing so. For example, some of these cars do not serve Macomb County. I plan to come back and revisit this pack at some point in early 2026 or the very end of 2025 and improve the ghosted variations and add chevrons like the real-life decals, as I was originally hesitant to do so. Otherwise, there are no other large plans for this pack, such as making non-lore-friendly versions or BCSO versions.

Anyways, this pack is based on the Macomb County Sheriff's Office, which operates and serves Northeastern Detroit. However, none of the cars here are meant to be depicted as 1:1 to their real-life counterparts, and I do not plan on doing so. For example, some of these cars do not serve Macomb County. I plan to come back and revisit this pack at some point in early 2026 or the very end of 2025 and improve the ghosted variations and add chevrons like the real-life decals, as I was originally hesitant to do so. Otherwise, there are no other large plans for this pack, such as making non-lore-friendly versions or BCSO versions.

THIS PACK REQUIRES THE 32 SIREN SETTING LIMIT ADJUSTER SCRIPT (SSLA). WITHOUT IT SOME LIGHTS WONT WORK!!!

HOW TO INSTALL!!!!!
Navigate to GTAV - mods - Update - x64 - dlcpacks
Then in the DLC folder, Drag and drop the "lspd legacy pack" folder
Next Navigate to GTAV - mods - Update - Update.rpf - common - data
Open dlclist.xml and add the following line
<Item>dlcpacks:/lspd legacy pack/</Item>
For the XML files place them in GTAV - ELS - pack_default
And your done. go ahead and load up your game!

Pretty big project that I've been making for the last few weeks. 
 
This pack includes: 
Every vehicle has unique numbers and plate numbers so each vehicle is a little different.
Each vehicle comes with a supervisor car.
The two Explorers come with K9 variants for your K9 patrols.
A ghost livery for the 13 Explorer.
The Crown Vic comes with a "crusty" variant, kind of adds some life to the pack.
AO maps on each texture so your vehicles look a bit better.
