Hello! This is Northstar Development's California inspired Federal Signal Valor 2018-2019 Ford Explorer Pack! It features high quality paid parts with multiple different lighting modes and options, all toggleable via mod-kits and extras in-game! Disclaimer: The upward double spotlight position has a GTA limitation with the environmental coming from the center of the vehicle, I've tried fixing this problem but I've been unsuccessful, including asking another vehicle developer, we've concluded that GTA 5 combines extralight #3 and extralight #4 into the center of both (used for these spotlights). Unfortunately, we cannot do much to resolve this, the only solution would be to remove extralight #1 and extralight #2 (Highbeams) from the FPIU itself, which is not reasonable.

Installation for SP
1. copy the 'lhppack' folder to the file path "mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/"
2. open OpenIV, navigate to 'dlclist.xml' in "mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/". Add "dlcpacks:/lhp/"

These two vehicles are preconfigured for FiveM with a ULC lighting control file, however, they can be used inside single-player utilizing Dynamic Lighting System (DLS). Lets be realistic okay. i know you have searched for the whole LCPDFR website to find a 2020fpiu of a dallas county sheriff but guess what? there is not one so i made one for the boys.
 
this livery does not work on this specific 2020 vehicle below. how? because I made this livery and tested on this car so if you have this vehicle in your game and you put my livery in this it will crash your game. however, I tried it on any other vehicle of this model, and it works. This livery fits perfectly on any 2020-2024 FORD POLICE INTERCEPTOR UTILITY that does not have its exhaust pipes sticking out. because real life police FPIU don't have their exhaust pipes sticking out.
