Hello, this is a Los Angeles County Fire Department livery that they use for lifeguards ambulances. I hope you like it. It is not the best quality but it may be good enough for when calling for EMS at the beach.

First of all, you need to install the vehicle model:

From the pack, you may choose 2021 explorer or the 2020 explorer, you choose.
 
I recomand changing the car files name to:

pranger.yft
pranger_hi.yft
pranger.ytd
 
After you installed the vehicle, you may open the .ytd file and paste the texture there.
