You can replace all cars as you would normally with models like police2. However, it isn't recommended. Since Rockstar started adding police vehicles to the game, here is an updated list of all the ones so far as of Bottom Dollar Bounties and Agents of Sabotage (and ones yet to be released with drip-feed that I am aware of, though it should be available to modders with updated games)

    police5 (Police Stanier LE)
    polgauntlet (Police Gauntlet Hellfire)
    polcaracara (Police Caracara 4x4)
    polcoquette4 (Police Coquette D10)
    poldominator10 (Police Dominator FX Interceptor)
    poldorado (Police Dorado)
    polgreenwood (Police Greenwood)
    polimpaler6 (Police Impaler)
    polimpaler5 (Police Impaler SZ)
    polterminus (Police Terminus Patrol)
    polfaction2 (Police Outreach Faction)

Of course, here is the list of vehicles prior to any DLC in a spoiler for people who want a centralized location for them all: (these vehicles work just fine replacing)

I'm guessing its the same callouts from your other post.

If so, on the HotPursuit callout delete line 54.

This should fix that callout, let me know, also give me a little to look over the other 2 callouts and I will try my best to help fix them.
