Dr.Donald Blake

I. Academic & Academy Excellence (2016-2021) 

Before entering the force, Blake graduated from the Faculty of Communication (Public Relations). During his time at the LSPD Academy, he was recognized for his technical precision: 

Governor’s Marksmanship Award: Two-time 1st place winner in the Tactical Shooting Tournament. 

Academic Excellence: Graduated in the top tier of his class with a focus on Criminal Law. 

Iron Man Certification: Recognized for peak physical endurance and high-stress performance. 

II. Field Operations & Mentorship: Rockford Hills PD (2021-2026) 

Blake served six consecutive years at the Rockford Hills Police Department, reaching the rank of Officer 3+1 (Senior Officer). 

Field Training Officer (FTO) Experience: Due to his seniority and communication background, Blake was handpicked to serve as an FTO. He successfully mentored and trained a Probationary Officer (Cadet), guiding them through the rigors of field qualification and street-level policing. 

Strategic Interdiction: Known as the district's specialist for roadblock coordination and high-stakes vehicle containment. 

Investigative Insight: Credited with uncovering a major homicide case that was initially reported as a routine traffic accident. 

III. Lateral Transfer to SAHP (March 2026-Present) 

Seeking to apply his tactical expertise and FTO experience to a broader stage, Blake executed a lateral transfer to the San Andreas Highway Patrol. He chose to remain on the front lines, trading city patrol for high-speed highway interdiction. 

IV. Current Operational Profile 

Designation: State Trooper (Highway Tactical Interceptor) 

Primary Unit: Vapid Caracara Pursuit 

Specialty: High-Speed Interdiction, Field Mentorship, and Public Information Liaison.
