    1. Update RNUI https://bit.ly/RAGENATIVEUI . (Drag and drop only the RAGENativeUI.dll and RAGENativeUI.xml files into the main GTA directory).
    2. I noticed that pretty much every single mod you have installed is broken or outdated...
     
    I'd recommend Remove the plugins in RED
    Update the plugins in YELLOW
