remove AssortedCallouts, it hasnt been updated since 2019 and can/will cause problems.
But other than that rphlog seems ok.

you say you installed package limiter and heap adjuster.. did you also install the most up to date gameconfig?:

As the man said, he is the author of good callouts, but this is not about that now, I confirm his words. All problems related inside lspdfr simulation can be solely due to 3rd party plugins. 1 - they are very outdated. 2 - they are no longer supported + 1 point. 3 - the absence of scripts like Script Hook V, Script Hook V DotNet, as well as the absence of other plugins specified in the authors' recommendations. 4 - your direct intervention from OpenIV or other similar/similar applications. Because you could write something wrong or delete something that could not be deleted, even a semicolon. Try to use plugins updated no later than 2022 (with a maximum difference in the last update of a year and a half). if you are using the latest versions.

Because Assorted Callouts is outdated and prone to causing issues. There's a fork of it somewhere, but I'm unsure whether that would solve your issue given your crash is from a ped becoming invalid, and this is not addressed in the fork.
I'd suggest removing it if you are consistently experiencing issues with it.
