Little information:
This will be my last mod since I will be reformatting my PC and deleting GTA IV forever. I've released two packs of Serbian police vehicles along with two bmw's (including this one). I think I have contributed enough to my Serbian brothers since only my packs can be found and are the most accurate.

Installation: As every other vehicle modification, you need SparkIV or any other similar tool. Replace the files with these. Don't forget to backup original files if something goes wrong.

Also go to C:Program FilesRockstar GamesGrand Theft Auto IVcommondata and find handling.dat
Paste it into notepad and replace:

Using SparkIV or OpenIV, open componentpeds.img. Import files m_m_securityman.wtd; m_m_securityman.wdd; m_m_securityman.wft
Save archive.

Using SparkIV or OpenIV, open pedprops.img. Import files m_m_securityman_p.wtd; m_m_securityman_p.wdd;
Save archive.

In order to ped walk properly and not like as a fat securityman go to C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV\common\data
and open peds.ide.

Find: M_M_securityman

Replace that line with:

M_M_securityman, M_M_securityman_p, COP, move_cop, GESTURES@MALE, GESTURES@M_PHONE, FACIALS@M_LO, visemes@m_lo, 0, move_cop, null, -1,-1, PED_TYPE_PLAYER, M_M_Securityman, VOICE_PLY_CR


Save. If it says that file is read only, go to properties and uncheck Read-only.
