  1. Axozonyt's post in RAGE keeps crashing on startup was marked as the answer   
    I fixed it the problem ended up being a malfunction with script hook and renaming my mods folder to _mods and for my friend he fixed it through running his game than running rage after loading in and disabling his anti virus.
