I'd just like to add some info for Epic Games users,
currently launching the game directly through the Epic Games Launcher (Even with Battleye disabled in the Rockstar launcher) will launch the game with Battleye as well.
 
What you have to do is to open the Rockstar Game Launcher, (disable battleye of course), then click "Play on Epic" and only after that launch the game through the Epic Launcher, otherwise it doesn't work at all.🙃

This isnt true at least for me🙃.
(At least when i dont have Battleye installed, I haven't tried it otherwise)

the technique to downgrade is just copy from the folder where gta v is the files GTA5.exe ; GTAVLanguageselect.exe; GTAVLauncher; PLAYGTAV.exe. Then when the game gets an update you just need to replace the files with these (wich are from previous version). For exemple: If you had made a backup of these files when the 3274 game version was still running now you would just to replace the new ones

Especially remove plugins that makes random encounter events such as random gunfire, street racing, random drunk pedestrians etc. Those lower down the FPS, I'd say its maybe because of distance render.
