    1. You are on a laptop, meaning heat is gonna be an issue for you. With an i-9 even more so. So the longer you play (especially on higher graphics settings) the hotter your laptop will become and you will start thermal throttling and will start experiencing performance issues
    2. In general the more plugins you have the lower your FPS. GTA V just isn't friendly to mods and that's just the way it is.
