    There's a chance it could be a RAGENativeUI.dll issue. Please download it from this link, then drag and drop "RAGENativeUI.dll" from the .zip file info your GTAV root.
     
    If this doesn't solve your problem, please send your whole RAGEPluginHook.log file as a quote to this comment.

    You are missing RAGENativeUI.dll. Please download from this link, then drag and drop "RAGENativeUI.dll" from the .zip file info your GTAV root.
