    Try removing CalloutLauncher and retry.

    Never had issues with this, most of my AI cops either tackle or tase them, it takes a while for them to do so but they end up getting the suspect anyway. If you use Stop The Ped I'd suggest you to set TakeOverAllArrests to 'no'. This way AI cops from the LSPDFR engine will take the suspect on their own instead of assigning them to you.

    Yes. GTAV was updated a second time making the latest Scripthook V update 2 days ago useless. After hours of troubleshooting my game stuck on "running" I just found this out.
    Unfortunately yes. I wasted hours thinking it was my PC/game without realizing Rockstar released another update making the latest ScripthookV that just came out two days ago useless.
